–          Special Dramatic Worship Presentations by In Spirit and Truth Ministries and Kathleen Starr

–          Christmas Carols with Brandon Battle & Real Love

–          Gift Exchange – If you can, please bring two inexpensive gifts… one to exchange and one for a visitor.

–          Christmas Message by Pastor Tom Battle

 

Tuesday, December 23rd at 7:00 P.M.

–          Come remember Jesus’ birth as we partake of The Lord’s Supper together!

–          Enjoy a time of fellowship and snacks after the service!

Special Healing Service – “The Lord Who Heals Us” – This Sunday Nov. 9th at The Lord’s Glory Church!

Join us this Sunday, November 9th, at The Lord’s Glory Church during our  10:30 AM Service for a Special Healing Meeting: “The Lord Who Heals Us”  

Even though we have a time of prayer for the various needs of the congregation during every service, this service will be one that will be especially dedicated to healing. If you need healing in any area (or you know someone who does), come and join us for this special service. All who come will leave equipped for both receiving healing and ministering it to others!  

“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

VERY IMPORTANT SERVICE TONIGHT AT THE LORD’S GLORY CHURCH TUESDAY 11/4/08 @ 7:00 PM!

There are two things we can do today to help our nation.

1. VOTE

2. PRAY

I know from the showing of hands Sunday that many of our members have already voted and that most of the rest intend to vote today. If you haven’t voted yet, don’t think that your vote won’t make a difference. It will!

But even more important than voting is praying. Tonight we will be gathering at our Tuesday night service at 7:00 PM to worship and pray! We won’t have the election returns at that time, but we will have the presence of God.

Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for your possession. Psalm 2:8

Let’s ask for our nation together tonight!

Tonight’s Message: “Tested by the Word”

Tonight’s message by Pastor Tom Battle during our Tuesday night service is entitled: “Tested by the Word.”

About the message: It helps to know that there is often a period of testing after we receive a word from the Lord. We see this in the lives of many in the Word of God including: Joseph, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, and Jesus. The important point to remember is that if we don’t give up, God’s Word will prevail!
